Reiki is a Japanese form of alternative medicine referred to as energy healing. Energy healing targets the energy fields around the body. It can improve sleep and help with depression, anxiety, pain management, and emotional imbalances. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing. Universal energy is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the recipient to encourage emotional or physical healing. Distance Reiki sessions are just as practical as in-person sessions, allowing recipients to receive healing from afar.
The session is tailored to the client’s needs and intentions.
We begin the session with a check-in and set an intention. You will then lie down on a massage table, and I will guide you into a relaxing, meditative state to help your mind and body become receptive to energy balancing. During the session, you will receive reiki and sound healing. You may feel warmth, coolness, tingling, or deep relaxation as I share energy. After the energetic alignment, I’ll share my observations from your chakras and any intuitive messages that may have come up.
IN-PERSON: $111

Used to release energetic attachments or connections that no longer serve us. These "cords" can be tied to past relationships, negative experiences, or limiting beliefs. The ceremony involves visualizing and symbolically cutting these cords, allowing us to let go and move forward with renewed energy.

I will then use a selenite wand to complete the cord-cutting ceremony. This is followed by an energetic clearing using incense, charcoal, and resin. Smoke is also used to cleanse your physical body and aura.

Private breathwork healing sessions are specifically designed to provide you with a restful and rejuvenating experience. These sessions aim to help you find peace of mind, calm your nervous system, and tap into a deep sense of relaxation. By relieving stress, you can gain clarity and become more receptive to your own inner guidance. During these 60-minute sessions, you will have the opportunity to enhance your intuition and creativity. Solutions to problems may arise effortlessly, and your heart will open up, allowing more love to flow into your life.
The session will begin with a personalized check-in to ensure your needs are met. We will then move into a guided breath work practice, which will be tailored to your preferences and goals. After the session, we will discuss and explore any insights or experiences that may have emerged, and I will give you recommendations for your continued growth. Additionally, an intuitive card reading will be offered at the end of each session.
Whether you are new to breathwork or seeking additional support in your life, private sessions are the perfect choice. It is also a safe and supportive space to ask questions about meditation, intuition, healing, or deepening your connection to your creativity. Sessions will be conducted virtually via Zoom, offering you the convenience and comfort of participating from anywhere you choose.

Pranic Healing® is a highly developed and tested energy treatment system that uses prana to balance, harmonize, and transform the body's energy processes. Pranic Healing presents a unique holistic approach to treating various ailments, from fever to heart conditions to cancer. Pranic Healing consists of cleansing and energizing our bodies which regularly come into contact with dirty or diseased energy.
The initial 30-minute Pranic Healing Consultation will be used to discuss your physical and energetic ailments and your desired outcome. From there, we will formulate a treatment plan to get you back on track with your well-being.
Please note that a protocol will be built for your specific case. Protocols may range from 4 to 8 remote sessions with weekly check-ins (either by phone or Zoom). Once the protocol is complete, we will re-evaluate and determine the next steps.
Sessions range from $150-$300
The cost of the consultation will be applied to the protocol.

APPOINTMENT POLICIES
Appointment Terms: All bookings are non-refundable. Consent/Release Required to be completed on Acuity before scheduling an appointment.
Rescheduling: 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling, at no additional cost. Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of appointment time will incur a $50 fee.
Late Arrival: I ask that you respect my time as she respects yours. With that said, I understand that life happens. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, you will be required to reschedule your appointment and incur a $50 fee.
No-Call/No-Show: Forfeit your appointment and payment. Rescheduling is not an option. Future bookings will not be permitted.
